Science Week

Teacher Mohammad lead Science week with some intriguing experiments that had all the children excited!

Sarah popped in from a company called Mother Nature Science who visited our school to talk to our pupils about gravity and astronauts that wear space diapers! We also got time to do a live experiment with pupils joining in on the action.

This year we also celebrated Science week by inviting a company called ZooLab into reception, which had some interesting creatures for us to look at and handle if we were brave enough!

The children got to touch and hold species of animals which are usually only kept in Zoo’s or conservation camps. They had a fun time experiencing creatures from around the world including a Madagascan cockroach, Water Snail, Tarantula and one of the students was brave enough to handle a corn Snake!
