As-Salāmu ʿAlaykum wa Rahmatullāhi wa Barakātuh,
Islamia Primary School began with a simple but deeply held conviction: that Muslim children should be able to receive an excellent education while growing confidently in their faith, character and identity.
What began as a small school grew, by the grace of Allah, to become the first Muslim Voluntary Aided school in Britain – opening a door for Muslim faith schools across the country.
Islamia has always been about more than academic success. Education should nurture the whole child: the mind, the character and the soul, preparing young people to live with faith, purpose and a commitment to benefit others.
Our prayer is that Islamia continues to honour its pioneering legacy while looking confidently to the future – providing an education rooted in timeless values and striving always for excellence.
